Win A $100 Subway Gift Card & Help Your Schools!

The Wii Mommies Blog Talk Radio Show talked about some great options from the Subway Fresh Fit Menu and we also talked a bit about the wonderful things Subway is doing to help reward you for dining with them! Simply load any Subway card with any desired amount and go online to link it to your child’s school. Your school will then receive a percentage of your purchases to be used however they wish! Program details and instructions to register your school can be found on the Subway Kids website.

You can get a card three ways: 1) at a Subway restaurant, 2) via or 3) from the kit that the school receives.

The Subway School Rewards program is a way to earn money for your school each time you dine at Subway restaurants. Your school can use the money for supplies, athletic equipment — whatever it needs most.  Individuals can participate by obtaining a Subway card at your local Subway restaurant and loading it with funds, link the card to your school at and then use the card to purchase meals at SUBWAY!

Schools can participate too! Schools just need to enroll and teachers can order free materials from When a school enrolls in School Rewards at  they get materials like posters and letters to give out to supporters and a quantity of unloaded SUBWAY cards that are already pre-linked to that particular school—so there’s no need to link online!  Then, participating supporters need to pay for meals using a SUBWAY Card that is linked to their school. A portion of every purchase will go back to the school.

Subway also created the  “Random Acts Of Fitness For Kids” website where teachers can log on to receive a free “Get Fit For The Fun Of It Kit” that comes with the tools needed to bring fitness and education information into the classroom. Their message?  Simple steps add up to a more fun life!

The great thing is that anyone can participate!  Give teachers, neighbors or relatives a Subway gift card for the holidays and they can give back to your school all year long by registering themselves at! Share the info with your PTA, the football coaches and anyone else that can help you champion this healthy and worthwhile initiative at your school!

As a bonus, Subway and Momspective are giving away a $100 gift card to one of my fabulous readers that can be linked to the school of their choice to help spread the word! The more families you get signed up at your school, the more your school will benefit!
