For me personally, I have to say that the customer service I get at my local Subway restaurant was outstanding.  There is just no way I can get to breakfast sometimes and I had the gift card in my hands and all I could think about was that sandwich.  If any of you take a look at the post before this, you’ll see that the Subway is in the Super Walmart that gave me a heck of a time yesterday.  Subway was the only highlight of that trip.

Maybe it was the look on my face, or the children who were clearly out to get me but when I asked for one of those delectable breakfast sandwiches, I was reminded that they stopped serving breakfast at eleven and it was clearly past noon.

Sensing my dismay, I sighed thinking I’d have to review this another time, employee kindly said, “Well, I know we have some things in the back I can bring out.  If you really want one that much, I have to let you try it.” With a friendly wink.

SERIOUSLY?!  Oh.  I was so happy.  Subway has a breakfast sandwich and coffee combo going on for just $2.50 and I got to customize my sandwich and get my kids snacks to keep them still for as long as possible (again, read the post right under this one.  NIGHTMARE).  Listen to what I got for UNDER $10-

• TWO bags of apple snacks
• TWO bags of baked Lays
• ONE AWESOME breakfast sandwich
• ONE regular coke because I needed the caffeine and I deserved a non-diet product.

The sandwich was perfect.  I’ve lost a lot of weight and my appetite just isn’t what it was so I was actually FULL after eating half of it and ate the other half to my satisfaction later in the day!  SO.  This is what we’re going to do.  WE ARE HAVING A GIVEAWAY!  One lucky reader is going to get $30 in SUBWAY gift cards to use as they please (I say go for a weekend breakfast, it really is worth it.)
