Stripper Poles, Shameless Self Promotion and Other Random Tuesday Thoughts

Welcome to Momspective! If this is your first time here, I invite you to subscribe to my RSS or Email feed! If you leave me a comment, please be sure to link to your website (if applicable) so I can stop on by!

randomtuesday Stripper Poles, Shameless Self Promotion and Other Random Tuesday Thoughts

If I could make one change to my house, I’d add a stripper pole to my bedroom and have it so that with the push of a button, it’d change into a Fireman’s pole and I could zip down from my bedroom (after my saucy dancing) to the kitchen to get a snack.  THAT would be awesome.

I’m in Dallas right now.  It’s pretty sweet.  Of course, I’m assuming that because I’m really writing this on a Saturday evening.

Let’s take a moment for some shameless self promotion -

Christmas is just around the corner and if you want to win your kid some free toys from Rhino Toys, you’ll go enter my giveaway, which is ending today at 5:30.

The Wii Mommies are giving away a copy of the new EA SPORTS Soccer game, FIFA 10 and you can enter to win that one until November 13th, but you should probably enter it now while you’re thinking about it.   I ALSO would like if you listened to the Wii Mommies Blog Talk Radio Show this Friday to hear me and Tonoogle talk about the EA SPORTS Active 5K we’re each participating in on Saturday.

Finally, in my last slap of shameless self-promotion, you can win a $100 Subway Gift Card right here this website.  If you’d like to enter to win that one, you have two weeks to enter and help your local schools!

If I could travel one time to any date/time in the future, I’d totally go to my death bed.  I want to know when, where, how and why.  I wouldn’t want to know it so I could change it, I’d want to know so I could make sure I get all the shit on my to do list done before my time.

I have every intention of being the sluttiest gal in the nursing home if I outlive my husband.

I am in a REALLY bad mood today.

Really.  Bad.  Mood.

I love that house in our neighborhood that goes out of it’s way to terrify the trick or treaters to the point of tears.  There’s only 80 houses in this neighborhood and almost every house has a kid under 10, yet every year these people deck their house out and send kids running home, only to wake in a cold sweat screaming that night.  Since there are only 4 streets (in a square shape), we have no choice but to pass the house if we want to attempt a full neighborhood completion.

My mood’s improved.  I had to set the computer down for a day to take some Xanex and a 15 hour nap.

Carolina is about to play Arizona again (I’m writing THIS part on Sunday).  I have to go take my pants off now.

Are you random?  Do you have a few thoughts that aren’t quality enough for an entire blog post but feel worth mentioning?  Hop on the Random Tuesday Train and then drop your link off over at the RTT HQ and tell Keely Julie plans on flying to Canada to lick her face ASAP.  Thanks.
