Random Tuesday Thoughts – It’s Tuesday, I’m Thinking and it’s Random (with pictures)
Make sure you go see Keely over at The Un-Mom to read all the Random in the sphere today. It’s truly Hi-friggin-larious. My dog comes running at the sound of the wheels on my 11 month old’s high chair. In the short time this kid has been eating, my dog has associated the sound of me moving his chair with his own snack time.
Last night I realized I may want to think about shaving my legs. As I moved them across the sheet, it actually hurt.
Every time we pick Josh up out of his crib, he grabs his pacifier, yanks it out of his mouth and slams it down like he just scored the winning touchdown in the Super Bowl.
My 3 year old is supa sick. I was supposed to hang out with BassAckwards & Frugal and eat pie today but he has a fever and a cough so we’re not taking any chances.
My post is so random today. Feels pretty good. I was sticking to less random, more self promotion as of late. Screw that.
The coolest name ever-say it with me now-Burn Gorman. You have to say it with an attitude and a British accent.
I’m writing a book.
I hate how hard it is to keep up with comments. I truly love reading everything all of you write but my day catches up with me with the 3 sites, forum, kids, hubby and now my newest project, I just don’t get to read and comment as often as I’d like. I’ve decided to dedicate Sunday’s to catching up on what I don’t get to all week.
My cat is locked in the pantry. Again.
My dog has a horrible ear infection that smells terrible and I need to take him to the vet. I’m actually afraid they’ll go all Vet DSS on me and say I’m a bad Doggy Mama and take him from me for not getting him in sooner.
I have a desperate crush on David Tennant from Dr. Who. I thin Ryan’s figured it out. Sorry babe, you’re still number one. Blame my dad for hooking us up with the show. He had to know I’d fall for the guy, I’m a major TV crush slut.
TV stars I crush on. The guy from Chuck, Dr. Who, (I’d say Torchwood but he makes out with so many dudes it kinda freaks me out. I have no ish with dude’s making out, I just don’t want to see it. Goes along with all the good ones are married or gay thing), BONES (my Angel) and the Office. Yeah. TV star crush slut.

Great Randomness! I hear ya on not being able to visit/comment with being so busy…I don’t have the same interferences you do (extra blogs, forums, more kids) but man, when I get interrupted by life, I get way behind…it’s like swimming upstream sometimes!

About the leg shaving thing. . . yeah, I know it is time to shave when my kids sit in my lap and say “Ouch, mommy, that HURTS!” LOL

Thanks! My 3YO took it of the baby and I just saw it on the camera. Too cute!
I like the Randomness… gave me a chuckle! And I don’t think any woman in a committed relationship shaves in the winter! lol!

Yeah, Tuesday is my favorite day to write. Keely knew what she was doing when she started this! I was thinking about you last night and how I adore you (again). My cat is constantly getting locked in places she shouldn’t be: cupboards, closets, the kid’s room.
So glad to hear you love Angel. I’m a huge Joss fan and he picks great leading men (gotta say, Spike is still my favorite).
My dog is trained to the same noise! Not to mention he also follows around my 2 yr. old because she is a constant source of food as well.

That last comment posted before I was finished…David Tennant! I LOVE DAVID TENNANT! We totally got hooked on Dr. Who. Are there new episodes? We have only been able to see it on PBS since we don’t have cable.

My dad let me borrow all 4 seasons on DVD so we’re just finishing season 3 and we alternate that and Torchwood. I’m dying to get through this season of Torchwood so I can watch the Dr. He’s going to be in a few eps for the ’10 season and then we’re getting a newer (less hot dr)
You are writing a book!?! Share more. You can’t just have one throw away sentence there. I want to hear more! The guy from Chuck totally rocks, I have always liked the geeky ones. I hope everyone feels better and you have a great day anyway.

Haha, so funny! Love this post. I want to participate next time, okay? Maybe putting my random thoughts (which do truly fill my head and give me blogger’s block) down would clear my brain. That would be good. Just ask my baby. Who is playing with the TV controller on the floor even though she knoooows she’s not supposed to be. But I’m pretending I can’t see. And she’s gleefully throwing it up in the air and crawling around with it in one hand.
I wish we had a dog – if we did, I know it would be running for my baby, too, lol. I know she would be feeding it because she loves feeding my husband cheerios. It’s the funniest and cutest thing.
Oh, and she really loves looking me straight in the eye and methodically throwing food over the edge of her high chair when she’s DONE. DONE. I didn’t get the memo I guess, so she’s making a point.
It must be frustrating not being able to talk.
Okay gotta go save the controllers now. Thanks for listening.

I’m GONNA take my dog to the vet. I’m just waiting for my mom to get here from NY so I don’t have to drag the kids. This week for sure. My poor puppy.
