I'm all about fun and games are definitely fun! I had purchased Wii fitness maybe a month before Blogher and as typical of all other exercise DVDs I'm bought, Wii fitness had not been opened. After playing it at the Wii party, I went home and immediately got started with it. I LOVE it!!! I even got my daughter off the couch and now she's hooked. My youngest one gets such a great work out; he's jumping up and down the ENTIRE time he's playing. I never thought I'd gain weight either. Look at what our kids do to us:) I love the WII.
