Okay, So What Else Happened…

Hell, yes, I did that.  I carry my outdated LG EnV2 (or whatever the fuck they call it) everywhere.  I store it in my bra and usually forget about it.  I use it for general SMS texting and the occasional phone call (I hate phone calls, please email or text or you make me have to take a Xanex).  I was on my flight from Charlotte to LA and was happily Tweeting and Facebooking away with my Experia X10, a phone that is excellent when it’s near free wi-fi but completely useless to me everywhere else, since it’s not yet attached to a US cellular carrier but I left that in my seat because I don’t keep that one in the bra, it’s too foo-foo.

Since my flight had wi-fi, it was the fastest five hours of my life.  I just merrily bounced around my seat drinking beer after endless beer taking pictures of my tiny salt and pepper shakers,

Laughing at jokes my father made about first class letting me pee in a cup.  After beer three when I finally got up to wee (as I mentioned in yesterday’s post I talked Wii while I waited to wee to the first class passengers on my flight), I realized I had my trusty old EnV2 in my bra and figured I’d take a snapshot of what it’s like to be me in an airplane bathroom.  I pretty much always look at myself in the mirror and smile when I pee, should one be available.

Enjoying the meal they gave me as soon as we took off, I regretted buying the BK kids meal I ate before boarding, because it turned out all it did was give me heartburn and didn’t allow me to finish the meal served to me in flight.

Lacking shab, eh?  Chicken with penne and a side of Bud Light.  Not my beer of choice but the only light beer they had and after all, I AM a  Wii Mommy so I have to either order a light beer or drink straight shots of vodka, which I don’t mind doing but I prefer to have a beer chaser.

Speaking of drinking, I’m going out tonight.  It’s Spanky’s birthday.  I have no idea who that is or if I got the name right, but that’s what I’m calling him tonight.  Friday night is my night.  It’s the one night a week I go out with my friend Elaina.  We usually meet up with Sandy and Elizabeth if she’s in town (I know, Dad.  Ironic that my two friends have the same first and middle name as my sister.  It really helps me remember them but I sometimes forget who is who).

We go to The Rose to hang out with all the other people who go to sing karaoke every Friday and sing songs (I sing, my friends sing in groups which I HATE but must oblige to because they are good friends) and I get to get myself all prettied up so I can dance around with the ladies.  Friday is absolutely my favorite day.  Nothing is better than a good group of girlfriends you can count on.  There’s one more girl missing from the mix, but I’ll drag her ass out there eventually.

Yep.  That’s me at The Rose.  I have kick ass legs that are terribly bruised and scarred from the copious amount of falling I have done throughout the years, both inebriated and not.  Grace just isn’t my strong suit.  I’d also like to point out that yes, that is a Marb Ultra Light in my hand.  I am not a smoker but when I kick back a few I will smoke.  I actually told my doctor that and while we all agree smoking sucks, I don’t even qualify as one so lay off me, it’s Friday. I’m adorable.

I really love the new way I’m blogging.  It’s more of a ramble.  I have no set goal in mind at this point.  There are quite a few things zipping around my mind and every now and then one gets zapped out of there through my fingers and onto these pages and I’m liking the way it feels.  I’m going to head on over to my Review side now and dish out a little profesh, but I’ll be Facebooking this evening.  I’ll probably toss a few tweets out as well but they are really hard to keep up with when there’s beer involved.  You can find me everywhere.  Just head over to any social networking site and add “Momspective” and you’ll most likely find me there.  Or at The Rose, if it’s a Friday night.
