You're such a good example. After reading this, I made myself think back to where I was before I got my Wii Fit, and how much I had accomplished. It's true, I have accomplished a lot! I feel better, I have fun exercising when I do make time to do it, and I HAVE lost weight - I'm still hard on myself because I don't have the exact body I want... but will I ever, really? I need to change the way I think because I don't want to pass on a messed-up self image to my daughter. :-) Thanks for everything! You rock! You’re such a good example. I have wanted one so badly, and I've taken the first step....we bought a Wii with money from our tax refund! Couldn't convince dh to splurge yet on the Wii Fit, so I got My Fitness Coach to use for now. I hope to join the list of hot mamas who have lost weight with it soon!!
