Fitness Friday – The Importance Of Friendship

This week, I’m not going to focus on fitness, I’m taking a look at friendship.  The whole point of The Wii Mommies is to help each other get fit through forming this community to make friends.

As friends, we help each other when we’re feeling down, give each other laptops when one breaks (lol) and help keep each other focused on our goals.

Below is a conversation I had with my childhood idols, Soleil Moon Frye & Melissa Joan Hart from TV’s “Punky Brewster” and “Sabrina The Teenage Witch”.  It’s about love and friendship and fun and I’m excited to share it with you (excuse my voice, I have a cold).
