Plan on traveling east to Atlantic Canada on holiday next summer? There is much to see, from the world’s highest tides in the Bay of Fundy to the fishing villages of Newfoundland.

In the midst of all the plans you will be making, though, don’t forget to stop at Magnetic Hill in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Home to an optical illusion that makes it seem like your car is being dragged up a hill by magnetic rock, it is best known for being home to Magic Mountain, Atlantic Canada’s biggest water park.

In addition to this, there are also arcades, a mini-putt course, a children’s railway, and a zoo, so be sure to dedicate a day or two to this part of Atlantic Canada.

The newly opened Casino New Brunswick is also in the area, so if you are visiting family in the area, drop the kids off with the grandparents/relatives and enjoy an evening out that you and your spouse deserve.

This park is filled with a variety of rides designed to appeal to people of all ages – from bumper cars and flume rides to some of the most aggressive roller coasters in North America, everyone from your little ones to the teens/adults in the group will find something exciting here.

West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta

Canadians don’t let the negative aspects of winter ruin their fun. While some embrace it wholeheartedly by playing hockey or tearing down ski slopes, people in Edmonton, Alberta has chosen to wall off the cold so they can keep enjoying life as if summer had never ended.

If you are visiting the Canadian Rockies but want to enjoy a fun day out of the cold before heading home, then a visit to West Edmonton Mall should be in order.
