Shout Out To Eat Out Take Two Giveaway! CLOSED

What can I say?  I love Chili’s and Chili’s loves me.  I have to tell you a story.  I’m about to launch a super sweet giveaway where I’m going to give two winners two cards each so they can use a $20 card for themselves and they can offer the other $20 card to a friend to use.  I also had the honor of getting two cards sent to me.  And so I went.

It was my best friends birthday, I was amped up about being able to provide a kick ass birthday meal for free and I LOVE Chili’s two for $20 where you can share an appetizer and two full size entrees for just $20.

So there we are, just had our drinks brought to us and we go to give our order and I just wasn’t thinking.  I ordered the right meal with the wrong sauce.  I meant to get the Crispy Chicken Crispers with the Sweet and Smoky sauce but for some reason I asked for Honey-Chipotle.

I’m a super sensitive gal and I had just spent HOURS getting my hair and makeup done (for fun) by my stylist for the party that night (OH!  I have another one tonight! YES!) and so when my meal came and I took my first bite I was shocked to find my mouth a bit hot and my eyes starting to water.  Freaking out because I had false eyelashes on for the first time and I thought I’d be that girl who ended up drunk with one eyelash half off, I flagged our server to the table and asked for the Sweet and Smoky sauce.  I didn’t want to return the meal, I explained it was absolutely my fault because I go to Chili’s A LOT – I just wasn’t thinking.

Our server looked devastated.  She really wanted to make me a new batch by my friend had already finished eating and I was happy just eating the fries in the Sweet and Smoky sauce and I just thanked her for her kindness but asked for a To-Go box so my friend could eat them later on after the party.

A few moments later the manager comes up and apologizes with our server by his side.  Again I insist it’s MY fault and they say they understand that but they still hate to see a customer go away disappointed so they comped my meal.  I was floored.  I’ve had meals comped when it was the restaurant error but never when it was my own!  I insisted on paying for it but they wouldn’t hear it.  They adjusted the bill to cover everything except my portion.

If you thought I was loyal before, you can guarantee I won’t betray you now Chili’s.

So here’s what I’m going to do.  I’m going to choose two random entries left below and each person will get TWO Chili’s gift cards valued at $20 each.  This is so each winner can take someone special out for a meal and can also gift a card (just in time for the holidays!) so that someone else can enjoy Chili’s two for $20 meal deal.

Just head on over to the Shout Out To Eat Out website, tell Chili’s who you’d bring with you and why and Chili’s will pick one random winner every day two get two $20 cards just like I’m doing here until December 31, 2010!  You can see each day’s winner on Twitter @ShoutOut2EatOut and on the Chili’s Shout Out To Eat Out website. Their Facebook page has over 450,000 people (I’m one of them) and so now you have TWO websites to apply to win on!  YAY!

It’s valid for US residents ages 18 and up and I will be closing this contest on December 17th so you have time to get your cards before Christmas.  The winner will be chosen from one of the comments left on this post using Random.org and will be notified by email if for some reason you can not attend the show that evening *sniff*.  For a full complete of rules, read this.

Okay so here we go.  You can do any or all of these for a chance to win.  Remember, the more comments you leave the higher your chances are of winning!
