As a guy that is involved in 2 Fantasy Football leagues this year, I think this is a great idea. We've had some women join our leagues in previous years and it's been a success.

One of the ladies who's never played took 2nd or 3rd last year. It was awesome because we had 4 or 5 guys spending 20+ hrs a week refining their strategy. I'm more of a 'spend 20 minutes once a week' which was the same strategy as the 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

Hope it's going well.

Oh yeah, I remember reading this chick's article last year or the year before and her Fantasy Football challenge to her hubby, the sportswriter. I really enjoyed reading it and seeing her take on football since I'm a huge sportsfan...

I think this is wonderful. As the creator of the successful '16 Week Training Program' I'm glad to see it's growing. I need to seek some sort of copyright. ;o) Anyway, some quick advice to really boost the efficiency of the program... Get/use a DVR if you have kids. The game is 100% more enjoyable when you can see the whole thing. Even if you don't have kids, getting a 'buffer' to skip commercials is essential to make the game flow consistent and avoid commercials. It'll feel like an action-packed movie. We had our neighbor over to watch the Panther's handling of the Chargers yesterday. He was is absolute awe over my skilled use of 'the buffer.' I'll check in again later with more tips as I think of them. I'm glad you are enjoying things. Besides McNabb is looking good so you could have a nice time all season following that team.
